Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately get access to the new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible even if you cancel your subscription. You'll be moved to the Free plan and can continue accessing your condition history, notes, and exports. You can export all your data at any time.

Do you offer annual plans?

Currently, we only offer monthly subscriptions. Annual plans may be available in the future. Check back for updates!

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment processing is coming soon. When available, we'll accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods. All transactions will be secure and encrypted.

Clinics and organizations

Clinic directory listings and an organization admin dashboard are available on organization pricing. That is separate from individual and family plans above.
